• Any requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
• To qualify, the product must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In its original packaging and condition

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

 

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or tampered with, please contact us immediately upon delivery through our helpline, email, or social media platforms.

To process your request, you must:

• Provide your order number
• Share clear images or videos of the issue
• Keep the security flyer and original receipt intact for verification

Once verified, we will either:

• Send a replacement product, or
• Issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability

• Organic Blends holds the right to verify all claims before approving a refund or exchange
• Requests without proper proof may not be processed
